Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff that checked us in asked to take a photo copy of my seventeen year old son's passport and talked with him about buying beer at age 15.

Nothing!

Everything! Pool was dirty! Light fixture was undone in the sauna. Sauna was cold and pool was warm

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. Check-in took quite a bit of time, as it appeared the receptionist was in training. There was another staff member present who could have stepped in to assist, especially since several guests, including myself, were waiting in line.

The hotel itself was extremely warm, which made the environment uncomfortable, and the AC in the room did not cool to a comfortable temperature. While the room was spacious, it lacked attention to basic details—there were no trash bags in the trash cans, the toilet paper was already halfway used, and the shampoo containers were nearly empty.

The pool water was just to cold and spa didnt work beside that was it good
