The room is huge. Very clean. The lady at check in was amazing.

The hot tub was not hot at all. Then the front desk called the room after midnight while I was asleep to ask my name.

"Terrible Stay, burn down the building!"

Good Location, Terrible service!

We didn’t have heat, we didn’t have hot water, the fridge was broken and upon us arriving they accidentally gave us a key to someone else’s room!!We walked in realizing this was a used room…..went down to tell the lady down stairs and she gave us the correct key. But for being winter and having so many hotel options….we chose this hotel and slept very cold with the kids. Then us being at a volleyball tournament all day we were ready to shower and when we turned on the water it was luke warm. But not warm enough to be comfortable. So Showers sucked!!! I will never stay in a Comfort Suites again!
