"Nice Hotel but with Noisy Neighbor"

Amazing location, staff were very helpful, and the room looks aesthetic with an amazing view of the river. The cabin looked like a ship room that was promised by the hotel.

Noisy rooms; there was another party cruise that was happening at night outside the hotel, and we could hear all the noise. More importantly, I could also hear the words from the adjacent room

Most of the categories were good specially, the room attendants were very helpful.

They didn't keep their promise as, I was eligible for discounts on food and beverages. Not enjoyed discounts

Très bonne hotel après une journée en ville prenez une chambre avec vue sur le Canal vous n'entendrez plus les claxons. Personnel très sympas et professionnel. Si je retourne à colcatta je n'hésiterai pas à prendre le même hotel.

Bruit le soir à cause du rangement de la salle des fête au 4ème étage. Malheureusement pas possibiliter d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre. Pour le restaurant beaucoup de plâts marqués sur la carte ne son pas servis.
