"This was my 2nd stay in Flotel but this time it’s just horrible. Not value for money."

The cleanliness and comfort of the room.

TV was not working, WiFi was not working. We called the Reception 4 time, nobody had any idea how to fix it. When we asked for breakfast to be served in the room, the Reception and Kitchen guys were clueless.
