"Best location"

This is the best modest accommodation in the city if you would like to stay in soufriere. It is in the most central location- close to atms, water taxi, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. There is even a morning fish and fruit market downstairs on the weekend. It is safe, the people are friendly and predisposed to help. We had an amazing time. If you're looking for cheap, central and clean and are planning to enjoy St. Lucia outdoors, this is the perfect spot for you.

"Gross, dirty, and full of stains!"

It was really bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Felt like it has never been clean. There were stains everywhere (sheets, walls, shower, mirror). Also, you could see where bugs where smashed by the old bug stain left at the impact. They even manage to not remove old dried bugs left on the walls and doors from where they were smashed and killed!

"Nice but no elevator"

Hotel is at downtown location with all the characteristics of a downtown hotel described by other travelers: no elevator to 4 th floor, basic room with no breakfast, panhandlers around hotel, tight parking, etc..For 2 nite stay and adventure travelers would be fine.

"Too many stairs-5 flights. "

Not a upscale hotel. Not close to beach. Please do not choose to stay if your a single female. Many beggers in lobby of hotel and outside. Staff are all nice. Septic odor/plumbing system needs upgrade.

"Good value, view of Pitons. Lively town."

One night on way to resort. Enjoyed staying in more local environment. Easily changed my reservation to harbor view for same rate quoted on website. This was end of November, so hotel not full. Shower didn't work, so used bathtub. Didn't ask for service on it. Americans be warned that no wash cloths in St Lucia, even at resorts. Bought young coconuts from local vendor who parked a pickup truck full of them at harbors edge, visible from room. Really no tourists here in late November. Very pleasant.

"Boom boom boom"

Room was outdated and sparse but very clean with great air conditioning. Safe location right in heart of Soufriere. Easy to get transportation,meals, cash etc. Unfortunately, VERY loud music adjacent to hotel made it less than really good. Thankfully that ended right at 11pm.
