Transportation from the airport to the hotel was complimentary and less than 5 minutes from the airport. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet & quaint.

It was very African, pretty and the people were very nice. The sheets could have been softer and nicer towels . The box lunch was a plus.

KIA Lodge is a very nice place to stay, the huts are clean, functional and beautiful... All located between trees, flowers and shrubs, quite idyllic Staff super nice and helpful Pool is nice with a gorgeous view over The Valley, if clear, Mt Kilimanjaro is visible Conveniently locate 5 min away from airport and yet very quiet

The landscaping and the rooms were really nice. The staff was friendly. I would say that by American standards, the food was o.k. By Tanzanian standards it was good. The pool water was a little green for me, but the view of Kilimanjaro was excellent.
