If you are going in a vacation, this is NOT the place. It was total disappointment. 1- Staff is unfamiliar with online booking check in procedures and as a result I had to wait for 2 hours until they could check me in. 2- finally after check in I had to wait another 2 hours waiting for my room to be cleaned. 3- the biggest surprise, the room amenities are not as described in Expedia, the room is NOT air conditioned and it was very hot at night with no wind, it was a miserable night. 4- Dinner, very limited options and tastless food. 5- Brakefast, very poor selections and honestly the food looked disgusting. 6- Flies and mosquitoes everywhere in the resturant. 7- Personal hygiene of restaurant staff, you can smell very strong sweat from far distance and the smell stays in the air as they pass by, I am very sorry to say it but that was really disgusting. 8- low water pressure in the bathroom and unstable hot water. 9- Unstable electric power with frequent outage reported by the hotel staff. Finally, if you are not happy and you decide to leave, guess what? The hotel will NOT approve any refund and Expedia will NOT help. You simply lose your money.

Rooms are not air conditioned and restaurant is very poor. Real waste of money and time.

Beautiful and ideal for an airport stay. The amenities aren't anything special and avoid the massage. Not only will they majorly cheat you on time (1hr=48 minutes), it's a pretty lousy massage. The service at the massage is very good and the receptionists are wonderful. Also, even though I left at 2am they made a breakfast box for me. Also, they are prompt on wake up calls and quick on the airport shuttle. Good stay.

From the complementary pickup at the airport (two different times as my colleague and I were on different flights) to the check-in and the rooms, everything was excellent. We had a delightful dinner meal in the restaurant and breakfast the next day was very good as well. The room was most comfortable (outstanding mattress) and clean. As we walked around the grounds the staff were both friendly and helpful.

Good hotel close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle. Good dinner and they packed a breakfast for our early morning flight. Swimming pool not large and had something swimming under water. Views of Kilimanjaro from the pol area are wonderful. Little noise from the airport.

Resort style lodge with pool and bar. Close to the airport with free transfer. Free wifi but not available in rooms. The food in the restaurant needs improving

The staff here are fantastic, friendly snd helpful. The rooms are very basic and facilities in them limited for the price you pay. The restraunt, bar and pool are lovely but again everything is expensive in relation to the Tanzanian rates. The most annoying part of the experience is not being sble to contact the hotel directly as all numbers listed were disconnected. You also have to pay airport rates to park your car if you stay.

So close to airport, 5 minutes away, served a great breakfast
