The room and pool facilities were gorgeous! Theres a wonderful beachfront attached to the hotel which is such a bonus. The staff were so helpful and kind; they always made an effort to say hello. Especially, Jasmin on the front desk was so lovely and made us feel special. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in Chaweng!

Excellent hotel breakfast

Lovely hotel, everyone very nice and good room service . Im recommend to everybody to come this hotel, the rooms very big.

No help! The resort does not help to assist with noisy guests above us in room 2110. Its is like and elephant hits running around until 2am in the morning. 3 kids in one room and the percents in another to let them do what they want. The hotel would not help. They left them there. Would not change us to another room with the same facilities away or move them away. There has been several complaints for other guests. We have had no sleep. Our 15 month old baby can’t sleep

Very nice place beautiful resort friendly staff

We wanted a peaceful, relaxing hotel with traditional thai furnishings but still close enough to walk to restaurants, bars etc. ...... and we got exactly that at Muang Samui Spa and Resort. A truly beautiful hotel set in lush tropical gardens backing onto the beach on one side and the main street at the entrance. Although only about 3-5 minutes walk and you're in the thick of the busy part, when you're at the resort it is complete blissful relaxation with no street noise at all. The pool area and restaurant are beautiful. Great selection for breakfast with both Thai and western options, egg station etc, tea, coffee, juice etc. Lovely food. All the staff were so friendly, fun and helpful. We had a Deluxe Garden View room which was lovely (if you had to be picky, it could do with a bit of a refurb). Great air-con. It was a big room, great shower, clean with a gorgeous covered outside part where you can sit. Plenty of drinking water provided, and extra complimentary amenities were promptly delivered when requested. We were on the first level in the middle of the property which was perfect. (The downstairs rooms seemed a bit dark and not so private with guests walking through the gorgeous gardens). There were a few mosquitoes which was expected but there was repellant provided in the room (pink stuff which really works and doesn't stink) which was a lovely touch. There were plenty of sunbeds both around the gorgeous pool and on the beach with umbrellas and palm trees for the perfect setting! The hotel is at the quieter northern end of Chaweng Beach which was great with only a few beach vendors coming past. There is a wonderful beach massage place right next to the hotel to the left. The sea was quite shallow in that area but a short walk along the beach will get you to the deeper part for a swim if you like. There is a convenience store across the road also. We had the most relaxing, fun 9 day stay and would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anybody. We looked at a few other properties that we had been tossing up between them and Muang Samui, but we are sooo glad we chose Muang Samui.

Staff of Muang Samui! Saying that in my next trip I would love to come and stay at the hotel! Thank you so much!

The hotel restaurant has a variety of food menus and also has fresh fruits and seafood. It is located on the beach, convenient for couples and families to relax. The staff is friendly. In the evening, there is a dinner pavilion on the sandy beach. It is very convenient for couples.
