Muang Samui Spa Resort

Great location on Chaweng Beach. The hotel is not too big, just the right size for personalized service and it still feels "authentic" not like a big "cookie cutter" hotel. Fantastic location - one side is the beautiful beach, the other is the fun main street which offers lots to do and lots of dining options. Recommend this hotel.

First of all the want to thank Pinky & Nan for the perfect service they provide us. They were super super friendly & welcoming. Pinky also gave us an upgrade of our room because of our special day. The staff in general were super nice. The room was clean and had everything. You are directly in the Chaweng area which has the night life and one of the best beaches infront of you. Once you are inside of the resort you done hear anything of the night life. The food is nice you have alot of choices. The pool is clean and overall the complete facility is super clean. I can really recommend everyone who is traveling to Koh Samui to stay at the Muang Samui Resort. Wishing Pinky & Nan all the best♥️

First impressions for me are My family. We booked the car to pick up from the airport not far from the airport to head only 10 minutes. Driver and staff from the recreation very friendly Room it very nice look like thai style . Swimming pool Restaurant and beach very good

Amazing room with a good view. The beach looks inviting all the time. The restaurant was kind of busy probably it's just newly renovated. Beautiful garden in the middle part. Spacious room. Friendly staff. The hotel location is closed to different shops as it situated in Chaweng.

I would like to brag how the staff of this hotel has taken care of us. They treat us like a real vip guest. Everyone's all smiling and friendly. They're easy to approach if you need any assistance. We noticed some guest that are hard to please but the staff did an absolute job to stay in line to do their work without showing any rudeness to the other guests. All the staff from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping made our stay extra special.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff couldn’t be kinder, more attentive, more professional and provide excellent service. The room is comfortable, relaxing and located on a beautiful beach. the food is delicious and beautiful sunrise,I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Lovely traditional hotel right on the beach and very near to shops and restaurants. Travelled as family of 4 (2 x teenagers) and everyone loved the location. Pool was great. Breakfast fab, staff were fantastic.

It’s our 6th hotel in Samoi, and unfortunately it’s the least favorable. Rooms are outdated with weird smells, the pool is nice, breakfast is average, the beach itself is beautiful but not related to the hotel itself. For this price I would expect a better experience. I would pay a lil extra to stay in a newer hotel that might be 500m away. Gym is awful. No towels and everything is super old.

Although the hotel was nice there was a need for a lot more maintenance.
