Muang Samui Spa Resort

It was an amazing trip. The staff was very nice. Especially a staff named Mang was very friendly, professional and engaged. I hope he gets a promotion at work because he really deserves it. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and big likewise the pool.

Amazing hotel with kind and friendly staff. Our room is located next to the pool and we loved it so much that we need to extend our stay. Breakfast was good. You can book tours just in front of the hotel if you need excursions to liven up your holiday. Overall we are impressed.

Please pass my thanks to your teams for looking after us so well again for our stay from April 4th to 20th. We were treated like VIPs for our second trip to Muang Samui and were overwhelmed with the attentiveness of all of the staff, which means we will have to book again! Please pass our thanks to Mad, Nit, Ja, Tam, Dee, Nay, Paing, Zaw, Nun, Sa, Char and all the others that looked after us that we don't have their badge names!

Good place in Koh Samui Island. The hôtel is Thai style with a vintage vibes. The room is relatively large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Beach and pool are adequately inviting for a swim. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Downside is the noise from the spa maintenance from time to time around the pool area.

Who was nice, beach front is well maintained and plenty of beach chairs. The beach is shallow, which is hard for adults to swim. The staff at the restaurant did a great job for taking care of everyone even in a most chaotic situations due to the other guests families running around. The front desks are also helpful, just one call/message and they are there waiting to assist you anytime. There some instances that we didn’t like during our stay but it is not the staff’s fault.

The rooms were nice and the walkways are beautifully landscape leading to the garden up to the pool and nice stretch of Chaweng beach. The spa is closed, but there are some beachfront massages that you can try with the ocean breeze and waves calming you. The service that the staff provides are top notch. The breakfast selection is so-so for us but it was good. The rooms are spacious but somehow it needs a little attention for maintenance. Not bad for our first time of staying here.

Fantastic location, away from the busy part of Chaweng but still within walking distance. Nice rooms with a Thai style building structure. Great beach and nice pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are friendly. Sadly, the spa is closed and under renovation. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

The hotel is beatiful, and clean with a excellent service, the crew staff paul in the area of the pool, is kind with good service , play with the kids, organised our area , save us our favourite spot, and all the amile and kind, we deffently cone back

We loved our stay at Muang Samui. We have stayed there before, many years ago. It is in a perfect location at the quiet end of all the action. Walkable distance to all of Chaweng. The rooms are spacious, airconditioned and clean. The Buffet Breakfast was great, lovely and fresh, strong coffee, well staffed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
