Galway Heights Hotel

Hotel is very clean, food and breakfast excellent but what pleased us most is the staff who were always available with a smile on their face and always ready to help

Comfortable well maintained traditional ‘English’ style hotel with a tranquil atmosphere. Reasonable sized bar area with live music and good cocktails. Friendly and attentive staff. Good value for money.

Nothing of note - although a short drive from town centre.

There is no shelf or anything in the bathroom. Very noisy in the early mornings (from the hotel itself not the guests).

Beautiful cottage feel in Nuverliya. Our family was so happy we decided to stay there. Staffs were excellent. There have library room with activity room for the teen to kids.

Old colonial hotel, very decent. Staff were very nice. Restaurant not so good in taste. Carpets in the room needs change. No Airconditioned , because it’s cold you need heater. I found management didn’t do anything about the steps that just one step bit higher and front of my eyes 3 people tripped, including my wife. Not may people don’t understand why they tripped, but closer inspection just one step 2 cm higher than other. Not sure what health and safety in SriLanka doing about this.
