Galway Heights Hotel

Excellent hospitality by the staff and the hotel itself is clean and nice. Food from the in-house restaurant was pretty tasty and had a nice variety. Would definitely recommend this!

Property was nice, rooms were spacious, had clean linens, and staff were very nice. Breakfast had limited options, but was fresh.

Carpets at the property are in dire need of a deep clean / disinfection. Was greeted by the whiff of dampness and mildew-y odour from the carpets as soon as I walked into the room. There aren't any views because there's a farm in front of the property, and unplanned constructions blocking the view of the mountains at the back. Location is also a little out of the way, and you'd have to walk quite a bit to access the road into town.

The staff was excellent and cordial! Will recommend for a leisure stay for couple of days..

Not much. Everything was great though the rooms were quite hot at night and there is no fan or a/c though I understand that it isn’t usually this hot in Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast is covered with all areas and very good

Dinner is not up to the expectation.

they gave us an upgrade to the presidential room which was more than a room an apartment . talented live music band and good food completed the expirience

We had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are comfortable, but there’s nothing special about the hotel itself. The location is very handy for a walk through Galway Park and it’s out of the bustle of town. Restaurant is fine. The surrounding area is a bit hilly if you want to walk around.
