We were supposed to stay the 10th through the 13th we called Booking.com told them that we were only gonna stay the 10th through the 12th because we got done what we needed to earlier than expected. Booking.com called Sunset motel. Booking could not get a hold of Sunset Motel to refund the 13th Booking claim that they tried and tried to get a hold of them. We got an email from Booking saying that they tried to get a hold of Son motel. Nothing has ever been done since then about me getting my money back for the 13th which does not make me happy because it has never been taken care of. I’m not happy with Booking and I am not happy with Son for not getting it taken care of when we went in and talked to the fella at the front desk at the sunset motel, he got very angry with us for telling him that he was not answering his phone. He claims that he answers his phone all the time and he started getting very upset with us so we called Booking to prove to him that he was not answering his phone. We sat on the phone with Booking for 20 minutes when we finally got on the phone with Booking for whatever reason we got hung up with and we’re not able to talk to Booking so the issue has never been resolved. I would appreciate this issue to be resolved. Thank you.
