Place was excellent great spot
Wasn't greeted like they really appreciated my family as a guests. Me No elevator but Wasn't offered a cart or help bringing items up to 3rd floor room. Basic rooms and basic atmosphere.
Only complain is the WIFI , it’s so bad
Great rustic, historic, mountain property. Good price for the type of room it was. No elevator so be sure you can do stairs if you get 2nd floor or 3rd floor. Nice get away. Nothing broken but needs some cosmetic renovation needed. Staff was very good and helpful.
This is a great place to unwind and dine. My sons and I love the short drive from Vegas
Its nice that its close to the mountains. Property does need some attention. Balconies in rooms are a plus .

The Retreat at Charleston Peak is anything but a retreat. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Maintenance has been neglected for years and ownership must not care. To describe the hotel in one word -- decrepit.
The location is great! The property has a lot of deferred maintenance and the restaurant food was very disappointing (breakfast and dinner). Staff are nice and courteous. Rooms are clean.
