"A pleasant stay with good foods."

I stayed in Tamarind superior suit and it was a nice lodging with good view of Habrana tank and plenty of green stuff. inside of Tamarind is cozy and best part is it has a bath tub! Pool is quite good and ample of area and length with good space to swim at anyone's will. staff of the hotel supportive and they know how to serve the customers. Dinner was good with a good number of varieties and desserts in particularly enjoyable. Chefs in live cooking doing a great job! I can say I enjoyed well with the Pasta dish prepared through live cooking. Breakfast too tastes good.

It was heavy raining in the evening and lasted for whole night. I experienced quite difficult to commute on foot at the reception courtyard due to flooding. There was strong smell (due to monkeys' droppings) sometimes bit unbearable. Commode area was not that cleaned as expected. Since this questionnaire particularly asked about the coffee experience, but I didn't see preparation of coffee or tea during my breakfast and dinner. One another thing that I went outside to get some stuff and when I returned the entrance of the hotel from the main road was dark and hardly recognizable. Hence I suggest to lighting the entrance for identification purposes.

The property is gorgeous! The lake side is beautiful and many birds can be sighted around the 30 acre property. The in house naturalist gave us a wonderful 2 hour walk around the property , and helped with bird sightings

We had a comfortable stay, we had stayed at Cinnamon Kandy a few days before and noticed a difference between the two. The rooms are really nice and the pool area great for families.

Some areas we a bit grubby, in comparison to other Cinnamon hotels in Sri Lanka
