The food is great. Chef Anura does a great job and is very friendly. Gamini on restaurant service is also great. The location is good to visit the surroundings. The pool is also good. It is a great location to explore the tourisct places in surroundings

I needed to contact the hotel after checkout due to a confusion. I had to wait almost one month to get a reply. Before check in they always answered quickly.

I have been to cinnamon lodge several times as a solo and as family . I always put full board because they make superb sri lankan foods and they also have western as well. The staff is so friendly and they manage guest very well even though at bussy times. Reshani at the front office gives a good service and also Chef Ravindra always make special to us. I also would like to reccomend Asanka and Senarathna at the resturant as they make the hotel our home giving us good service not missing the moments eventhough theyare really bussy there and Always asking our needs and fulling really greatful Here’s a polished and natural version of your review: I have visited Cinnamon Lodge Habarana several times, both as a solo traveler and with my family, and it has always been a wonderful experience. Great place to relax. Property is surrounded by nature and ideal place if you are looking. Rooms, food and all facilities were great. However the staff stands out above all else. Staff provided the best service I have experienced in any hotel across the world. Dinithi at the reception, Thakshila at the restaurant and Sandeep in housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Hotel basé sur le principe du lodge : de petits batiments qui sont disséminés dans tout le parc (magnifique) et qui comprennent une chambre au RDC et une à l'étage. Chambres très propres, bien agencées, avec une terrasse couverte donnant vue sur le parc ou s'aventurent des singes farceurs et autres animaux, comme des oiseaux, écureuils, de petits varans parfois, tous inoffensifs. Jolie vue partielle sur le lac. Très grande piscine devant la salle de petit dejeuner / diner, sous forme de buffet vraiment excellent (plats typiques Sri Lankais comme plus européens, il y a le choix!) L'ensemble est parfaitement intégré à l'environnement naturel, à proximité des parcs et de Sigiriya, ce qui en fait un point de chute idéal pour visiter.

Rien, ou des bricoles : l'éclairage était un peu défectueux sur une lampe de chevet, le technicien s'y est repris à 3 fois. Un petit matelas sur la banquette de la chambre ne serait pas superflu, sinon elle n'est là que pour la déco.
