Amazing landscaping, food good, good location, bus stop very convenient, i like stuff professional work.

ON my opinion desserts was not so good. And i like to have a balcony open during night time to listening sea but cannot because of mosquitos. First time by water slides got checked my weight before use.

Facilities and food options

The staff were rude and unwelcoming, on one particular occasion, we asked for a buggy to assist our heavily pregnant cousin to her room. They told her it was non operational at that time , despite us seeing the porter still escorting people who were checking in. Eventually they did help her but their attitude was unwelcoming to begin with. Our cousin was in pain and had we not been there to advocate for her, who knows what could have happened. We say the way they treated other groups who didn’t look like us and the difference was disappointing!

En all inclusive, très vaste choix de boissons Nourriture très bonne malgré un manque de diversité au niveau des entrées Personnel sympathique Infrastructures au top notamment avec le nouveau parc aquatique pour les enfants (Pourquoi le fermer dès 18H et tous les mardis ?) Cela reste un hôtel haut de gamme, un des meilleurs de la région et qui délivre un service haut de gamme avec le sourire et en toute simplicité

service aléatoire, ont parfois tendance à vous oublier au restaurant, parfois un peu long à la piscine Service d'étage intrusif et pressant (ils rentrent dans votre chambre si vous ne répondez pas dans la seconde, soupir quand on leur dit de ne pas faire le ménage car on occupe la chambre + bruit lié au ménage dans les étages Les animations FRAM alors qu'on est pas clients chez eux, ils prennent parfois un peu de place !

Groot, ruim opgezet en zeer schoon hotel/complex op een mooie locatie direct aan het strand. Goede faciliteiten met als extra het waterpark. Service en netheid van hoog niveau. Wij hadden gekozen voor een standaard kamer met alleen ontbijtbuffet. Op het complex zijn meerdere restaurants aanwezig. Rethymnon ligt op vijf minuten rijden en daar is ook keuze genoeg.

Niet heel veel. Wij waren in het voorseizoen en het was nog redelijk rustig. Door de aanwezigheid van all inclusive gasten kan het wel eens druk worden bij de restaurants, dus reserveren lijkt nodig. Onze gerenoveerde kamer zat in het hoofgebouw en was groot genoeg. Het komt alleen niet vaak meer voor dat er geen stopcontacten aanwezig zijn op de badkamer of naast het bed. Maar als dat het is...!

Qualité de service incroyable, niveau nourriture, bien mieux que ce que nous espérions, Infrastructures et chambre au top.

Le seul défaut est le manque d'animation le soir.

Super aufmerksames Personal. Gutes Morgenbuffet. Schöne gepflegte Anlage. SPA inbegriffen mit vielen dazubuchbaren Leistungen.

Parkplatzangebot knapp.
