We loved the location, the choices of restaurants, entertainment and the staff were brilliant.

The rooms could do with some updating but nothing drastic and the one thing I think they could revise is the minibar check each morning. She would knock once without waiting and before you know it, your room is opened and from outside someone is checking the minibar. I think they should revise how they go about checking without invading the guests' privacy. We had a near miss on the first morning where we could have had an unpleasant experience.

Sijainti, yleiset tilat, lasten palvelut (Kri Kri Club) oli erinomainen!! Erityisesti lasten lounaat ylittivät odotukset! Myös vesipuisto oli upea.

Huoneet olivat vanhanaikaisia, ei kylpyammetta. Muurahaisia oli parvekkeella, ravintolan ikkunalaudalla ja jopa huoneen lattialla. Muurahaiset eivät meitä kuitenkaan haitanneet, mutta rappauksen saumat olisi hyvä paikata, jotta muurahaisia ei enää tulisi sisätiloihin. Osa työntekijöistä oli selvästi hyvin väsyneitä.

I stayed here for a week and I would rate it as the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Beach was bad , ocean too rough, and only one beach bar for entire beach and it was bad service.
