Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel. Allerdings war die Liegensituation katastrophal. Wir haben erst am 4. Tag Liegen am Pool bekommen. Zudem gab es sehr lange Warteschlangen im Hauptrestaurant. Das Hotel sollte weniger Hotelgäste aufnehmen.

The beach was great , very clean beach

Very old resort and rooms were not very clean. feels like 3 stars resort not 5 stars at all. We were all inclusive but the receptionist doesn’t give much information about the meals and drinks included. The resort for family with kids if you are adults then it may not be your first option

מלון מהמם ברמה גבוהה ביותר . האוכל מעולה ומגוון , מטופח, נקי ביותר . היינו כבר במלונות הכל כלול אבל פה מדובר במלון בליגה אחרת ..אלגנטי והשירות ברמה גבוהה ביותר. הגענו משפחה עם שני מבוגרים ,שני מתבגרים וילדה הזמנו שני חדרים וביקשנו שיהיו סמוכים. במקום שני חדרים סמוכים שודרגנו לוילה מהממת עם בריכה פרטית ללא כל עלות נוספת . הוילה והבריכה פשוט וואו !!! תודה רבה לכם על חווית חופש נפלאה ומפנקת מאין כמוהה.

The hotel was beautiful and staff very nice. Very clean! Beach was not great especially for kids. Very rocky and we couldn’t swim. Also, water park and pool were great but closed so early. Because the beach was not great we traveled to Other beaches and wish we couldv’e come back to swim at hotel but the water park closed at 6pm and Pool at 7pm. As great as everything else was, this really killed the hotel experience for us!
