St Laurn Koregaon Park Pune

Overall really good value but primarily a business hotel. Location is great for getting around Pune and Korean park area. As a business hotel it did have an impersonal feel and a few smiles from the reception staff wouldn't go amiss. Breakfast buffet was really good (although they make awful runny porridge!). WiFi was often slow. The pool and gym are being revamped and should be great when finished. Reception have a habit of serving business people in priority to other guests. However a really good price so can't really complain too much.

ground floor restaurant had good food at reasonable prices and good service.the room was a let down,eventhough the room size was good.toilet leaked,walls had dampness and begging for a repaint

Disappointing rooms and infrastructure. Mouldy smell. Good facade and great location. Not recommended for a luxury stay.

Location is very good but some of the issues are as follows: 1. They ask for upfront advance payment (experienced it first time) 2. Staff at reception shows attitude and are indifferent 3. Bed was not comfortable you can feel the springs 4. Towels are smelly and if you forget to read the newspaper (which comes late), they take it away

It was very nice..we enjoyed but in my room at some places colour was dull and some patches were placed.

Hotel is self is very good but staff behive is not good. When i ask soneyhing about my debit card he talk like i am not a coustomer. So please train your staff well.

So I had booked my cousin and us at the St. laurn Hotel over the weekend as we got a good deal and it is centrally located bang on Koregaron Park. Since we were to be travelling around the city throughout the day, i thought to give this one a try. But it was my BIGGEST mistake. Let's start with the good stuff :- the hotel is well located, the rooms well furnished and the pool is nice. But that's where it all ends, once in the hotel the RUDE staff in the lobby just gave a sign of things to come, their didn't care much. Secondly, we were asked to reserve a table at dinner/lunch else we would not be allowed to eat our meal at the restaurant - this despite them leaving a few tables empty for "outside guests"; talking of which they misbehaved with a guest who came to visit us by saying "sir we will not allow you to go up to the room (this despite my cousin allowing him to come up)" then at breakfast the staff showed my guests the watches sayign its 1025 please finish breakfast quickly and showed him the watch. Moving on he told my guest "we do not like outside guests visiting hotel guests". By the pool when my 5 year old niece was swimming there was no lifeguard nor was there any staff to help us with towels. So someone had to go down to the lobby and request for towels. In the room they were reluctant to give an extra towel or more soap. The staff treated us as if we were staying there against their will, the GM too wasn't very helpful GUYS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
