St Laurn Koregaon Park Pune

St. Laurn is located near Koregaon Park area and at walking distance to Osho ashram. The propert is around 8-10 years old and I could sense the sign of aging in room. Overall, low price and excellent location and access to near by area makes it worth a stay.

The rooms are well appointed and one can easily tell that the owners have put in a lot of effort and thought into what all should be available in the room, sadly there was no care taken. The rooms were filthy, dust everywhere, the AC vents were clogged with the dirt, fittings & ledges not cleaned for days, thinned out bed linen, on the first day the entire set of towels i.e. bath, hand & floor was available, on the 2nd day there was only one bath towel placed. My baby spilled some milk on the floor & when I called housekeeping there was a very impatient man who answered and told me that nobody was available at midnight. Only after calling reception did they manage to send somebody to the room. The attendant came with a dirty rag, wiped the floor and left, the floor was really sticky but we didn't bother calling anybody up again and just cleaned it ourselves. The safe was locked probably by the previous guest who checked out. Maintenance came picked up the safe and placed another one, that is when I realized that the safe wasn't even bolted in place. How could anyone place their valuables after seeing this? The breakfast and the restaurant though was very nice for those who love a good Indian breakfast. Look out for the staff especially the housekeeping who will keep hovering until you tip them even if they have really provided you any service. The WiFi is bad and keeps on disconnecting whilst you are working.

Poor maintainence, food and drinks very expensive. Staff unresponsive not worth a stay.

Hotels ac are in bad condition . I was there for 2 nights and in total 8 rooms All had problem with AC AC maintenance staff is not up to the mark. As well as the front desk experience is not good They made us wait for approx 20 mins as they didn't had the confirmation form Hotel.com The breakfast is pathetic. Hotel is not recommended....

Its a nice hotwl centrally located.

The rooms were good and clean...but the finish of the build quality is not good.. The hotel from photo appears to be a luxury hotel, while in reality a bit of maintenance is required... The room was not cooling initially, as the technicians probably had kept the duct flow low to save power..later they opened the duct and it was calling well. The buffet lunch and breakfast if both good and choice plenty.

Hotel room was ok, basic necessities were missing. E.g. no hand towels were provided. When we checked in at 2 PM the room was very hot and it never cooled down till 5 PM and had to bear the heat in the warm room.

Over all its a good hotel. It is centrally located. Breakfast spread is good.

The Hotel is well maintained and the staff are courteous & helpful. Food is decent and the buffet spread is good for the price (there was an offer for lunch buffet for INR 300 net). The rooms are big and the room has a locker, complimentary tea/ coffee, ironing board, adjustable A/C temperature and flat screen TV. The bathrooms are well designed with bath tub and separate shower area. Since this Hotel is in good demand, they would not agree to a late check-out. Close by is the 'German Bakery' and other eateries.

Good business class hotel. Value for money. Room walls got damp and need immidiate repair. Else everything is comfortable.
