Had a better than expected experience,food was absolutely fantastic, staff was really nice,service perfect. It was a short stay but hope to visit the city again soon. All in all a perfect property...

Stay Was good and comfortable. The staff at reception could have been better in explaining the guests about the hotel and be polite instead of being arrogant.

Hotel charged extra from us. Breakfast was complimentary in Room rent but they charged extra which was not good.

Rooms are badly designed. Bed is not comfortable to sleep in. Light from the wardrobe wouldn't switch off. Stains on the bath tub. Health faucet not working. Toiletries are run of the mill. Poor lighting in the room and in the bathroom. Switches are very strange And this property is just 10 years old! My, how quickly has it aged. Only consolation was the break fast which was up to the mark. I stayed only one night (luckily). Would not go back.

Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, large rooms. Typical business-hotel less useful for tourists concerning sightseeings, cultural things, etc.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. Water was leaking from the roof of the loo yesterday. This morning there was no water in the sink or shower till 830AM!! They deactivated my wifi connection when I was using it for no reason, had to call them 5 times to get it reactivated. Would NOT advise anyone to stay here.

As I had a short business trip I decided to stay at this as the price was very good through expedia as well as the location. While the exterior of the hotel looked modern, the interior seems dated. The hotel may have been better days. The complete reception right upto the room lobbies smelt of food. The water in the shower drained out very slowly. The hotel..though busy...still seemed to have a desolate feeling. The rooms were simple and neat but the bed had hair on it. Cleanup may have been mechanical rather than with scrutiny. Check-in was smooth with enthusiastic staff eager to help. Getting to the room was fast. Bottled water was readily available included in the price. In=room Tea/Coffee were available, but was not comfortable using the the water heater as it did not seem to be clean enough. Only one hand napkin and soap was provided in the room whereas the booking was for 2 people. Wifi Internet worked fine. Overall the hotel is good for 1 1 day stay, very well located and value for money with the deal prciing.
