NO HOT WATER! ... just warm despite continued. ongoing efforts to fix it... heard complaints from other guests too... Great Staff- from Alicia at front desk to maintenance and kitchen staff... all pleasant.. have stayed many times, but now will not be back - company needs to invest in new system
