"Alexa and the entire staff made our three month stay at Marriott, Lutz, FL a pleasure!!!"

My wife, Kelly and I sold our house in New Smyrna Beach and moved into a room at Residence Inn Marriott, Lutz, FL for nearly three months. Alexa at the front desk and the entire staff, including the cleaning staff made us feel right at home! It was a stressful time... buying and selling our home and moving... but the folks at Marriott really made it work! Another compliment to Alexa at the front desk: She went so far beyond what one might expect, it is hard to even know where to start. From check in, to check out nearly three full months later, she did everything that she possibly could to make our stay enjoyable... she literally made our stay at Marriott a success... Thank you so much, Alexa! (and everyone at the Residence Inn Marriott, Lutz, FL !!!

I travel every year on business. The hotel has always been very nice, but on this last trip, they made many improvements and renovated every area, improving the aesthetics even further. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff in every area was super warm and helpful. Thank you, Alexa, Brenda, Mari, Alicia, Dante, and Ily.

"Great hotel - But no ice?"

A spotless and friendly hotel that we will stay in again. One odd thing, there are no ice makers accessible to guests anywhere. It's because the rooms have fridges that make ice, but housekeeping empties the in-room fridge ice maker after every guest. Therefore, there is no ice in the room and no ice makers on any floor to get ice! The only way you can get ice is to take the awkward ice bin out of the freezer in your room and walk all the way down to the front desk, and the front desk person is the only person who has access to ice. It was highly inconvenient for 2025.

"Pleasant"

The room was great and big and beds, very comfortable! Location is excellent!

Breakfast… At the time we went, it was running low on everything. One person to do breakfast and front desk. Breakfast was cold as well. Also, the shower was pretty small.
