Good hotel but a building is a bit old, maybe it is time to renovate. Stunning view at swimming pool. Food has good taste, however they forgot to remove barcode sticker on apple served in Salad.

Located far away from Chiang Mai city central. It takes around 30min to get to famous destinations. In addition, it also takes approx 30min to call a taxi, but takes more when it is busy as many guests call. Layout in the room is a bit unfriendly as mirror and rack are not in front of bassin so that I can not get amenities when I'm washing hands or tooth brushing. Scenary from hotel is superb and view from room balcony is excellent. If you stay at hotel whole day, you shall enjoy the best relaxing experience. Food served at restaurant is quite fine. The restaurant serves local foods like Kao Soi as well as international favorites.

Air conditioning made noise but was fixed promptly . There was an incense burner but no oil

The staff was great. Had some issues with our shower but they were very accommodating to get it fixed and to better our stay. Property is beautiful and the rooms very comfortable.

Amazing view at the breakfast place. The area is quiet and relaxing. The room’s tired and need maintenance. We had water leaked in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly.

Architecture design of this hotel is wonderful and the pool view is stunning. But unfortunately there are a lot issue in our room. Like the bathtube in our room is leak and make our toilet flood, the door handler of shower room surrounded by some dirty black print cause by water I guess, the toilet door is broken... All report to the hotel at night but we only stay for a night so they cant change the room for us. Also we can heard people laughting from the hotel restaurant at midnight and yelling in the pool for photograph time, so good luck, thats include of your stay.

The hotel looks worn down and needs renovation, especially the guestroom. Bathtub is dark grey stone which looks dirty because of the water stain mark. Shower was strong and bed was comfortable. Hotel is 30 minutes drive from town, and hotel provides free shuttle to and from town three times a day. Luckily food at the hotel was delicious and we dined at the hotel throughout our 3 night stay. Dinner restaurant was mainly outdoor seating and mosquito spray was available upon request. Aircon seating is available in the three tree houses. Gym was small. Spa only has 3 treatment rooms so better book at least a day in advance to secure a slot. The best thing at the hotel was the service by the very warm staff.

Amazing hotel with one of the most beautiful infinity pool ever! Attention to detail is given at every level. Fantastic stay.nothing to do much outside of hotel as it is quite secluded, however one does not feel the urge to leave this beautiful place

the surroundings of the hotel and aesthetics of the room are lovely. staff are also attentive. i see a lot of gardeners tending to the greenery which is nice in this dry season. the turn down service with a little gift is also much appreciated! however when it comes to using the room itself, it is a little inconvenient. for example, guests should be able to draw the sheer curtains first to obscure view, then the heavy curtains to omit light, but that was reversed in our case. there were also no towel rails, only a hook stub to drape wet towels on. the swimming pool also has such a beautiful view, but the water was very cloudy, such that you cannot see the pool floor from the deck. and when you are swimming, you cannot see the person in front of you, which can be dangerous. all this is no fault of the hospitality staff, maybe these problems arose from management or even at the conceptualization of the rooms at the start, which i hope can be altered for future guests.
