We did not enjoy our stay. We get there and at check in. He tells us about the elevator being out of service.Our room was on the second the floor. Parking lot was empty so I know rooms on the first floor weren't all occupied. Then we get to the room and our TVs wouldn't bring up the cables. So was gonna call the front desk. But of course the phone didn't work. So here I go again taking the stairs. I tell him about the TV. He proceeds to tell me Noooo it's working. I said no its not. So he comes and fixes it. Then next morning I take a shower.Both shower gel and shampoo bottles are empty..This was very inconvenient. So at check out I tell the lady . She also replies like if I'm lying or begins with excuses. Tells me are u sure. I told her ma'am. Yes.. I know how to operate these things. So I will absolutely not recommend this hotel. And they kept my incidentals without any explanation. The couple who runs the hotel I'm assuming the owners. Absolutely have no hospitality skills at all! TERRIBLE PROPERTY!

This was my second stay at this location, and unfortunately, it did not improve my experience. On my first stay, I encountered an unwelcoming front desk representative who didn’t offer any information about the property. After checking me in, he informed me that the elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient given that I had just flown in with a large suitcase and bag. On the day of checkout, the same representative knocked aggressively on my door well before the 11 AM checkout time, rushing me out for housekeeping. I decided to give the property a second chance, hoping that the first experience was a fluke or that the representative was just having a bad day. However, my second stay mirrored the first. After arriving past 1 AM and ringing the bell, I waited several minutes before the same representative let me in, clearly just waking up. His greeting was curt, asking only for my ID and credit card, and once again, he informed me the elevator was out of service—disappointing, especially given I had luggage. The next morning, I found the towels and sheets in my room stained. I didn’t want to ask for replacements due to the representative’s attitude. Overall, I won't be returning to this location. The lack of customer service and the repeated issues with the elevator and room cleanliness left me disappointed.

Seemingly newly built, the entire building was empty and the elevator wasn't working. Getting a staff member to answer questions was near impossible and it felt like we were inconveniencing people when trying to get help.
