Great location friendly staff good food

Our room facing back of hotel which was a building site. Would only charge if paid more but since there only 2 nights we didn’t. However advise ask for a sea view room and pay extra when booking- worth it! Hotel parking is back of hotel and tiny so parked on road parking facing sea. Told safe. No coffee served in hotel between 1pm- 4pm. I know custom of siesta but still seemed odd for a. Big hotel.

Great hotel right on the water, kind staff, good breakfast.

Strew below can be a bit noisy (cars). All hotels in PN would have this issue too.

"Overpriced hotel with no parking or WiFi."

Fabulous breakfast and close to the boardwalk

Hotel advertised that there’s a parking, but in fact there were only 3 parking spots. So unless you travelled by tourist bus, you had problems. Wifi was absolutely pathetic in the rooms unless you were standing by the door. Their payment machine didn’t work, so I had to pay by cash, no discount. Massively overpriced hotel.

"Buen hotel con algún detalle incómodo…."

Estancia de una noche con desayuno incluido. Bajo a desayunar, pido un espreso y me dicen que tiene cargo adicional!!!! Una pastilla de café vale 500 pesos!!!!

Locatie

Verblijf was inclusief ontbijt. We hadden een excursie die vroeg vertrok en konden geen gebruik maken van het ontbijtbuffet. In tegenstelling tot andere hotels werden kosten in rekening gebracht (28 $ pp) voor een ontbijt to go.

"Lovely location overlooking the Sound."

Lovely room with fantastic views over Última Esperanza Sound. The lobby area was great for having drinks and watching the sun setting. Location is fantastic, right on the promenade. Breakfast was good for the price paid.

The hotel was busy with several tour groups. It is not a small boutique hotel, but otherwise it is excellent.
