"I would not stay here again."

The room was very comfortable.

It wanted a room with 2 beds and it took the desk person a couple of times to get me that room. Also, I was very annoyed with a text message at 7:00 am with my check out link. That could have waited a few hours.

"It was the ideal spot for my trip!"

The location was perfect for me and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had several packages delivered to the hotel and they were very accommodating of that. Quick problem solving when my card was double charged.

We were double charged for the stay (once by the hotel and once by booking.com. However it was quickly rectified when I realized it had happened. There was no hot water in my room for a few of the mornings and so, as a caribbean person not accustomed to being cold, bathing in cold water was not very pleasant. To be fair to the hotel I never mentioned it, so I didn’t give them a chance to remedy it… I just got in with it as I was quite busy and schedule was tight. I WOULD RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
