Budget Lodge Mount Dora

I didn’t like how unsafe I felt staying in the facility. The front door only had one lock on the door and there weren’t any emergency exits. The bathroom shower wasn’t very eficiente for everyone only for ppl 5’3 or smaller. A very cramped shower with very rough towels. The quality didn’t match the price I paid for. I feel scammed and ripped off.

The worst room had to sleep with roaches and got head lice

Pet Friendly, nice people in office, room and large room. Tile throughout, which is great in a pet friendly place where carpet is invariably stained by the thousands of dogs before you.

Old, worn out, 80's decor. Shower was below lukewarm, shower head was chin level, and dust/crud was caked on the baseboard tiles. Bed was an ancient inner spring mattress that nearly made enough noise to dampen the traffic noise from the 4/6 lane highway out front. We were traveling with our deaf and blind dog so expected a less than 5 star experience, but this didn't make the star scale. The dog walk was filled with the trash from rooms and cars with cigarette butts everywhere.

great place clean,quiet and friendly..second time staying here. The staff is friendly and cooperative.The room was clean and well appointed great location.wish it was warmer the pool really looked great...second stay good as the first. staff was very friendly.and te place is welltaken care of. Will definately be staying at the Budget Lodge of MT. Dora in the future. Pet and people friendly....

Our stay was wonderful. The check in was fast and front desk clerk was very friendly. They even brought us extra towels immediately upon our arrival without us asking. It was a very nice room and quite peaceful.

Ridiculous! The room had bed bugs. There were cockroaches in the restroom. Spider's behind the bed. The only reason why I noticed the spider's behind the bed. Was because bedbugs bit me in the morning. So I had to search the bed. I found only two, but I'm sure it was more. When my left to tell the owner about it. She was mad for no reason. She had no remorse for the situation. It just ruined our time together. Not to mention the sheets had stains. The bed also had a imprint. when I first got in the room I had to use the restroom. When I took a seat. I noticed the door. It was so dirty from the inside. After I finished, I looked at the front door it was exactly the same from the inside. I don't know we allow places like this to exist in America. I'm so ashamed. Good luck with this one. God bless!

Delete, the upfront was very suspicious of us that we will smoke in the room, and made the whole communication really unpleasant.

The management was very nice. The hotel needs some updating.
