Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, a Noble House Resort

This hotel is beautiful but our room was weird. Seems like they tried to make a normal size into a suite. It was very cramped. You could barely walk around the king size bed shoe horned into a small bedroom. Housekeeping was rare and minimal when they did come. Staff was great and Teton Village is beautiful. I would stay here again if there are other, less crowded room options.

The staff is exceptional and helpful, The room is small and expensive for what you get. The dining at Osteria was good not beyond. The room was clean and the bathtub height was really dangerous for myself and my wife. I would recommend you stay here as a secondary choice.

Stayed at Hotel Terra for a work-related conference. The rooms were clean and the location in Teton Village is great, with convenient access to the airport. However, for a hotel marketed as 4-star, several aspects of the experience fell short. First, the room only had a clothes steamer—hardly sufficient for business travelers who need properly pressed attire. I had to call the front desk twice and wait 45 minutes before an iron and board were delivered. Room service ends at 9:30 p.m., which feels unnecessarily early; extending it by an hour or two would be far more accommodating, especially for late arrivals. The real issue came on my second night when the AC stopped working at 11:30 p.m. I went to the front desk and was told by D’Nidra A.—the only staff member on-site at that hour—that no maintenance personnel were available until the next day. How does a 4-star hotel not have basic after-hours support for critical issues like this? My room was sweltering. That said, D’Nidra was an absolute lifesaver. She tried resetting the AC remotely and personally tracked down a portable fan for me, which made the night bearable until the AC finally kicked back in. Her attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond stood in stark contrast to the lack of support and foresight from management. She deserves serious recognition (and a raise) for turning what could have been a miserable night into a tolerable one. Overall, the property has potential, but the management’s policies and lack of late-night support really undermine the guest experience. When things go wrong, guests shouldn’t be left to fend for themselves.

Good stay, a little overpriced, but it was nice and comfortable. Beds were great, wish there was more than one elevator.

Hotel Terra is amazing. Centrally located in Teton Village. We went 4th of July weekend and there was live music and fireworks just steps from the door. The staff was amazing. Special shout out to Colleen who is patient, kind and and experience oriented. Also, Ashleigh and Chewy at the front desk were a delight. I was torn between staying in Jackson and Teton Village and so glad we stayed in the village, its so quiet and quaint. Gondolas are within a 5 min walk and the scenery is beautiful and only a 20 min drive into the park.

Very small rooms, murphy beds and limited dining.

While the hotel is comfortable and the people are really nice; I did not feel that the cost justified what was really a three star hotel at best. The pool is only meant for kids and while we were there the spa and rooftop hot tub were both out. If you want luxury the Four Seasons and Caldera house are nearby - otherwise I’d recommend staying in Jackson or going with another 3 star hotel for a better price and comparable services
