The location, the view and in general the place is beautiful and clean, nice firm bed, beautiful pool and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Even that we really enjoy staying there, for me was missing another mirror inside the room, it was only one on the bathroom, maybe the bathroom need more hooks for hanging towels and wet clothes and I needed more counter top space on the bathroom. I needed to use couple times the iron and the iron board had not cushion so we use couple towels underneath (not a big deal).

The rooms were so amazing and the staff was above amazing. Loooooove this hotel. Will stay again. Massage excellent!!! Everything a plus

Very beautiful Hacienda! Very clean and perfect location!

The hotel is quaint, but clean and in the quieter area of MAZATLAN. The view was outstanding form our room. The room was one of the largest we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly. But the only down side which is a big one is the construction on next door. We had the Marina room and which is at the end of the hotel and the construction was so loud and intrusive that we could feel our wall vibrate and could actually hear the workers talking. It felt like any minute they were going to pierce through the wall into our room. He advised the staff who were very apologetic and advised it was an ongoing people. But did not offer much else. The other draw back is the room service. They offer to bring food and drinks to your room and are persistent about it then don’t tell you about the automatic tip and room service fee they add. And will gladly still take your cash tip. The bar tender were not very knowledgeable in drink making my husband had to tell them the ingredients of a simple drink we requested then charged $20.00 for the drink. Overall the hotels is beautiful but would not stay again.

The experience had positives and negatives. It was in a great location close to bars and restaurants but that also made the nights sometimes noisy. Being on the Malacon was beautiful but also very noisy at night with locals and music from clubs. Staff were friendly but inexperienced and struggled with simple tasks that should be seen as basic. One employee stood out for us and added to our positive experience. Alejandro had good recommendations and was always able to satisfy our needs. He was the only employee that was able to help us with requests. A very pleasant person all the time.

The hotel is right on the Malecon and the terrace outside our room looked directly at the ocean view. The room was huge and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to Old Mazatlan centre.
