The good Staff at check in friendly..coffee good and breakfast decent The not so good .. very strong odor of air freshner in room.. not sure what kind of odors this hotel is trying to cover up.. i have stayed at many hilton hotels as my son is a diamond member and none have what appears to be automatic air freshner smell in room which made it difficult to sleep so definitely not up to hilton standards..

The only positive aspects are the location’s distance from the expressway and the staff’s professionalism and responsiveness. The hotel’s conditions are exceptionally poor. Hilton should be ashamed to have a representative of its brand in such a state. The hotel exhibits a state of untidiness, with an unpleasant odor permeating the common areas and the guest rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, characterized by stiff and yellowed bedding. The carpet was stained and the floors were sticky (see the bathroom floor photographs). Upon passing by the pool, I observed that the water was murky. Despite having a two-night reservation, I was compelled to check out after the first night due to the unsatisfactory conditions. My oversight was failing to check recent reviews prior to making the reservation. Not recommended.

Rooms were dirty, smelled like urine and carpet powder, hair all over bathroom, ac unit leaked all over carpet.

The water was shut off upon our arrival. Water was functional the day of our departure but there was no hot water. Cold showers are not a good way to start the day, especially when facing a 7 hour drive home. No problems otherwise.

My room shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. I had to change rooms. Toilet ran and backed up. The property needs some maintenance and a good cleaning. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and apologetic.

Staff, especially Myah was amazing. Breakfast was the best around, and the hotel was clean and updated. Worth the visit everytime!
