Could not get itemized receipts for it was booked by an outside agent. Booking.com. it's impossible to get help on this from booking. Going forward not going to use booking for business. My expense report still pending due to this

"My first time is good my second time in the last two months was terrible. You need bigger trash"

I like hot breakfast made I think you’re staff needs more training on how to deal with Disabilities especially for veterans I stayed in Room 406 I asked the young lady at to see if she could get me a mobility chair and deliver it to my room it was at the front desk when I got back to the hotel. How was I supposed to get that chair into my and use an electric scooter to get around. One of your people checking grab and took it to my shower in room 406 thank God for my brother who did that for me while your staff stood there looking stupid thank you very much.
