The smell in the lobby was so pleasant. It kept me in a great mood. We need that thru the halls also. Just saying. The desk help were friendly and the breakfast was on point. Coffee good also.

Easy to check in and check out, close to downtown Lexington, lots of restaurants close by, staff was courteous, swimming pool was clean and had complimentary towels, complimentary breakfast was good, coffee available in the lobby 24h.

Despite the room being prepaid, credit card was needed at check in. The bed wasn't made properly after the first night. There were nuts on the floor, close to the ac unit. Shower gel instead of bar soaps.

We got to the room (had a funky smell) then the pillow case had blood droplets on it? I just threw it off the bed. Gross. I should’ve complained but an over night trip it wasn’t worth it after driving all day with three kids. We were happy just to plop down in silence. But if I wasn’t so exhausted I would’ve complained for sure.
