Great hotel to travel with kids. Many activities to enjoy. Loved the fresh fruit bar.

Unfortunatelly service is not great, food quality and restaurant service is not apropriate fot 5*hotel. During the breakfast (and dinner) the main restaurant was a chaos. Some waiters would be annoyed if you ask for americano, they would bring you filter coffe (whinh might not be that bad in taste, but they did not confirm the change of order) and argue that too many customers are waiting. A la carte restaurants are not recomended as the food is not great. Also our door lock didnt work for the half of our vaation and assistant just dissapeared whenever we had any issue to solve.

Beautiful setting and resort

We are a family of 5. We stayed in the lake house family suite. This was a really large space for the 5 of us. It had a large double bedroom with ensuite and a workspace and couch and the second bedroom had 2 single beds and a pull out couch. We really enjoyed this area of the hotel. It was located beside the beautiful pool with the canopes. The variety of food in the hotel was excellent. And we really loved the piazza area in the middle of all the pools where the coffee shop was located along with the fruit and veg stall and the patiseirre. it was a great space to escape the pool area and enjoy some down time. The all inclusive set up worked really well for us.

I did feel that there were not enough staff at times when the restaurants were busy. It was sometimes difficult to find a clean table to sit at if it was very busy as staff couldn't keep up with the large turnover of guests at mealtimes to clean the tables in time for incoming guests.

We had the most amazing family holiday. The hotel was recommended to us and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the service was second to none. We had the best holiday and will be coming to stay again. Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a one stunning 5-star all-inclusive hotel in Belek, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Ela Excellence Resort Belek is set within a vast and picturesque landscape about 110000 sq/m, featuring lush gardens, serene walking paths, and stunning views: pine trees, ponds with fish, fountains, an Italian courtyard with various cafes and shops. There are plenty of spots to relax and soak up the sun, whether by the variety of pools or on the beach. The 300-meter-long sandy beach is located on a Mediterranean Sea area and has big 1000 sq/m pier. Hotel consists of a main 6-storey building with elevators, seven 2-storey villas and 20 Lake House cottages. Comfortable, spacious rooms, stylish modern design: huge comfortable bed, pillow menu, quality linen and air blankets. Capsule coffee machine, kettle, minibar, steamer, bathroom cosmetics: all necessary things to feel like at home! Plumbing grohe, duravit. Excellent sound insulation. High-quality cleaning of rooms. Very nice aroma in the hotel building! The level of service at this hotel is exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. From check-in (thanks to Burak San for fast check-in) to check-out, we felt well taken care of. The attention to detail truly sets this resort apart. Assistants Nurkhan, Dana answered any question very quickly, were always in touch, helped us to make late check-out🙏 The food quality is outstanding, and the ambiance is perfect for a memorable meal. Variety of dishes in main restaurant is excellent, also there are many a la-carte restaurants, several bars, coffee. We visited Mexican (very nice steaks) and Italian restaurant( beef carpacco, Mushroom risotto, steaks were excellent): it was very delicious! Amazing facilities for kids. Beautiful garden and pools. Good service, excellent fish at the restaurant. We loved the ice cream and macarons.

The extra charge for taxis (paid double the price from hotel to airport vs from the airport to the hotel).

The hotel really had a very varied and powerful children's area and children's programme. The territory was clean and the range of services and facilities was impressive.

We had serious problems with immediate service. Our door cards stopped working on the second day of our stay and the problem could not be fixed, repeatedly more than 10 times each day being left behind the door was an unpleasant experience. Normally the hotel will respond to such inconvenience and compensate for the damage, but this opportunity only arose after talking to the management. However, we were only staying at the hotel at the beginning of the season, and the expectation is that such situations are learned from.
