Amazing resort very kid friendly the good is amazing and the room is spacious we stayed in a corner room with sea view. The property has very nice vibe all the staff are friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp ground really helps with your allocated Ela Assistant We tried two of the free restaurant and they were really delicious … the food presentation and quality is definitely higher end and has variety The kid amenities are amazing!! Must go for families

Krásné a čisté pokoje, prostorné. Výborná komunikace s personálem přes skupinový whatsUp. Výborné jídlo. Hlavně A La Carte restaurace. Každý den zajímavý program, koncert nebo akce pro děti.

Je to veliký a rušný hotel. Musíte počítat s tím, že všude bude neustále hluk a křik dětí.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ela Excellence Resort in Belek war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon beim Check-in wird man persönlich empfangen, auf eine gemütliche Sitzecke geleitet und mit Getränken versorgt. Das Einchecken erfolgt gemeinsam mit einem Assistenten, das Gepäck wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und man wird direkt dorthin begleitet. Das Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Service im gesamten Resort ist außergewöhnlich – das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, professionell und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Kulinarisch bleiben ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen: Die À-la-carte-Restaurants sowie das Buffetrestaurant sind ausgezeichnet. Besonders praktisch ist der Service am Pool: Kellner auf Inlinern nehmen Bestellungen direkt an den Liegen entgegen oder man bestellt bequem per QR-Code – die Getränke und Snacks werden direkt gebracht. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, sodass sich die Gäste gut verteilen und es auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt wirkt. Der Everland Kinderbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, durchdacht und überzeugt mit großer Vielfalt. Für Kinder und Erwachsene gibt es tagsüber viele Aktivitäten. Abends sorgen abwechslungsreiche Shows, Live-Musik oder Partys für beste Unterhaltung – alles sehr professionell und unterhaltsam inszeniert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

I love the location, the kids club is great, the service is great, the food is good

The only thing I didn't like about the resort was that smoking is allowed everywhere. It was difficult to find a spot near the pool and the beach to avoid smokers. I booked the resort because of the kids' club and because it is family-friendly. I didn't expect smoking to be permitted on the property. I will not recommend it to my friends and family, and I will not return.
