Rentner Hotel Nix los!

Das Hotel war super sauber, die Anlage riesig und unser Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das Essen war einfach der Hammer – riesige Auswahl, und jeden Tag kam noch etwas Neues dazu. Überall gab es Stationen mit vielen Leckereien und Getränken, ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Für Babys im Poolbereich hätten wir uns etwas mehr gewünscht. Ansonsten top – klare Empfehlung!

- The food was very good - Their specialty coffee is really good - Hotel facilities are good, although improperly managed - Best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel, although the AC is not functioning properly in the gyms, making it quite difficult to exercise properly due to the heat

- There was a weird smell in our room, which did not go away during our stay. We asked to change the room, but our request was declined - We explicitly requested for 2 single beds in our room. We did not receive them. We got an extendable couch instead, which had a mattress of 5cm and the kid could not sleep on it. We requested an extra bed instead. Housekeeping came to bring the bed at midnight (I kid you not), waking us all up - They fake a concierge type of service that is completely useless. Basically it’s a WhatsApp group where they promptly reply, but your requests are left ignored. Case in point, they were not capable of making a restaurant reservation and they were not able to bring shower gel to the room in half a day, although they confirmed twice - My kid got injured on the premises, on the sensory route. We went to the doctor’s office to get the wound cleaned out. The nurse tried to refer us to a doctor for an extra charge. I asked her to just clean the wound, which she reluctantly did. Afterwards, she asked me to sign a form of refusal of treatment, which I did not - Their biggest scam yet is their photography service - please check out the prices attached to see for yourself - While reserving sunbeds is not allowed, the resort does nothing to enforce this policy. As a result, at 8am you simply cannot find a free sunbed anywhere. I flagged this repeatedly and ultimately we resorted to “reserving” sunbeds ourselves to have a place to stay - I complained about this to the manager, a very young, fresh out of school lady, who barely spoke English. She sent some cake to us afterwards. AT MIDNIGHT, of course, waking us up AGAIN during our last night with them Overall, terribly overpriced experience. Should you want a decent holiday, just go Xanadu. Ela is simply not worth the price you pay for. We will definitely not be back

Large green territory which is looked after very well. A paradise for kids of all ages. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.
