"Amazing Start"

So a longer review is coming!! But we are staying in building 26 and our concierge Roger is amazing!!@ And the man who has made 2 of our days absolutely amazing is Willy ( Wilruth?)the beach server!!! He has made our trip amazing!!!!! Also Ruben the Barefoot grill chef is the MAN!!!

"Girls trip 2026!"

First time at this hotel and I am beyond impressed! Food was 10/10. Service was phenomenal! Rooms and amenities were up to date and clean!! Our concierge Angel Lopez made the week super easy and comfortable for us. We’re already looking for when we can come back!

El staff es muy amable

La comida de los restaurantes se sentia completamente refrigerada, cero fresca. Pidieron que fueramos a una charla comercial que nos gasto toda la mañana de un día, no había atención en la playa y en la piscina era todo completamente desordenado, nos movieron de nuestra silla para instalar una actividad.
