Secrets Maroma is hands down the best resort I have ever stayed in. From the food to the staff to the screen saver like views, it was everything we had hoped it would be. Our concierge, Brandon Gomez in building 27 was more than helpful every step of the way and made sure our stay was paradise.

The resort was fabulous!! Marcelo was our concierge and went above and beyond for us. And Miguel was our housekeeper and did an excellent job. The food was outstanding. There was always something to do even if you didn’t leave the property. Thanks again Secrets

Our stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was truly unforgettable—hands down one of the best resorts we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with lush surroundings and one of the most beautiful beaches. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed—every detail felt elevated and comfortable. The food exceeded all expectations, with so many high-quality options and consistently amazing flavors at every restaurant. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. This resort is the definition of luxury, relaxation, and beauty all in one. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning! I want to give a shoutout to the best staff at Maroma Beach who made our experience the BEST.. JOSUE and CARLOS at Coco Cafe who had a huge smile on their face everytime they saw us which was almost 5 times a day. RON and ALEJANDRA for entertainment who made our activities so fun... RHONEA for going out of her way to get us the best deal for our budget for the membership... and ANGEL who was the best concierge for our stay. We can't wait to come back and this is the BEST RESORT we have ever stayed at and we have been to many including Atelier Playa Mujeres!

Resort is well kept and very well organized . I’ve worked an stayed in many Secrets resorts and this is one of the best. The food is very good with a large selection and smaller more intimate restaurants and the drinks are also very good especially at the lobby bar. They will do a great job with your corporate group or wedding . Shoutout to Cindy from groups/events for her hard work making it such a memorable and well organized trip .

We had a wonderful time at Secrets Maroma Beach. We stayed in a honeymoon suite. The room was beautiful and spacious. The resort was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The activity staff go out of their way to get everyone involved in the many activities offered. We had the best personal concierge- Guillermo in building 17. We can’t wait to go back again.

Outstanding property just 35 minutes from the Cancun airport. I like how it was a smaller resort and the layout of the buildings of a horseshoe made it easy to get around. We stayed in an ocean front room in building 17 and it took less than 5 minutes to walk back to the main building where most of the restaurants were. We have Guillermo as our concierge and he was AWESOME! Anything we needed he got. Asked for something to heat some water and next thing you know we had a kettle pot. Checked on us out at the beach to see if we need anything. That's the type of service that will make us come back. Not great with getting names as we were there only 5 days but I can't tell you anyone who didn't provide great service with a smile on their face. Won't hesitate to go back and hopefully soon!
