Hotel was clean and staff is amazing but the out side needs some work with weeds and garbage . Our room 321 has what was once a white chair that is no longer white and very very filthy and I wouldn’t touch it .

Super nice check in staff! Beds were comfy. Lobby was nice. Room furniture was very old, lots of scuffs, dirty chair cushion, tape on the walls and damaged drapes.

The hotel was very nice. The staff at the front deck was very nice and friendly. My room could have more towels for the number of guest in the room.

Beautiful outdoor landscaping, but the rooms did not match the beautification of the outside. Hotel is dated no microwave or fridge in room. The property is not secure, anyone has access to the floors. The keycards did not operate the elevators. No staff, one employee most of days of our stay, so customer service was very poor. The hotel could use some upgrades, the rooms we're pretty dated, the upholstery on nearly everything needed to be replaced it was either torn or super worn. The curtains were frayed, and our bed was comfy but we got pretty small pillows and the sheets were less than desirable, there was no fitted sheet and there wasn't a mattress protector. It wasn't the worst room I've stayed in but it could have been in much better shape. We did leave something behind and they we're quick to return our call and confirm, We'll be sending them a label to get our stuff shipped to us. hopefully that goes well and we don't have any issues.

I booked a room with 2 queen sized beds for my son and me. Upon checking in and walking into the room, there was only 1 queen bed. The front desk blamed the error on Expedia. Told me they were fully booked, and they could have a cot brought to the room. They brought a cot, but no blankets. Had to call the front desk and request a blanket. No where near the $200 I spent for the room. Unacceptable! I deserve some kind of a refund.
