Toilet dirty, Not overly friendly front office, fire alarm started beeping at 4/5am had to go down to front desk to get someone to come up and remove alarm. Hotel phone in room was not working and dirty

Getting checked in took a long time. There needed to be two people at the desk. Taking an evening shower about 9:00 I barely had warm water. But over all things were good. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was not good. I think we had leftovers from the day before and some things were burnt.

"It was obvious that this hotel is struggling to be fully staffed."

The desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The hot breakfast was lacking. Over five days, we had a complete hot breakfast one day. One day it was nonexistent, and three days not replenished in a timely manner.
