We checked in and then left to visit our grandchildren. When we returned and went up to our room around 11 pm the room was dirty and had not been cleaned that day after the previous guest left. There were towels hanging up over the shower ring, trash in trash cans and the bed had obviously not been made. We tried to find another hotel but no rooms were available. The night clerk brought up clean bedding and towels and my wife helped her make the bed etc. we will never stay in this hotel again. The bright spot was how helpful Rhonda, the night clerk was.

The stay was great and the only complaint is the hot tub was cold and smelled of chemicals

This is the first time I stay in a Holiday Inn in about 10 years. I’m a diamond member with Hilton, but decided to give this hotel a chance. The front desk agent who checked me in , Brandon was rude. He was very cold and when I asked him some questions, he was very short and made it very unwelcoming. I tried asking him one more question about breakfast to see if maybe his mood would change and his answer was, “I don’t know, I don’t work in the mornings”. I then asked him for his name because I wanted to write a review about the unfriendliness of this hotel. This guy should not be greeting people. He sure makes you feel unwelcome.

Had requested a bottom floor room for elderly parents… was not notified that there was no availability. Shower handle was broke in parents room, they had to shower in my room…. Bath floor was not clean…. Little kids running around to all hours of the night.

Front desk nice and room clean. Breakfast was cute--little omelets, all 4 of us could have had 3 each, easy!, just needed some salt but great breakfast!

No hairdryer, No local Phone book, No writing material, No listing of local restaurants, Gap under and around door. Charged me an extra $20.00 when checking in and said I would get refund, upon checking out, did not happen.

I went for one night room 225 , the next day I had a rash almost every where in my body. I felt the bed was not changed.

Perfect room for a business traveler. I like the satellite TV. The refrigerator worked. The air-conditioning worked quietly. There were plenty of power outlets! The shower was very slippery and I reported that to the front desk when I checked out.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Even went to a sister hotel to pick up Coffee creamer just for my wife and I since their truck had not arrived yet.

Front desk person wasn’t too friendly
