Silverado II Resort & Event Center

The Staff at Silverado II were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptional and comfortable. I would reccomend this place to anyone planning a stay in Winter Park.

Many items were missing in the unit (paper towels, extra trash bags, heating lamp in the bathroom. Dirty cup was in the kitchen cabinet. Very nice area.

The resort itself was okay, meaning it met most of our needs. It is older with many problems that need to be fixed. None of the screen doors locked. The floors in the bathroom and kitchen were sticky. The rugs were dirty with stains throughout. Paint was peeling off of the bathroom walls. You could not find any staff members to help you. No one was available on "exchange your towels" for cleans ones day. The first day no one was to be found for check in. A residence showed us to our room. There were several guests trying to check in and couldn't reach anyone. There is a sign at the check in area with a phone number to text. The guest manager texts you back eventually, but then ghosts you. We never had our wifi fixed in our room the whole 7 days we were there. Eventually we gave up and realized we were on our own. It is a great location, near lots of hiking trails. The pool and jacuzzi was nice, but I'm not sure how much it got cleaned.

We had a top floor unit. The vaulted ceiling was very nice. The views from the balcony were also very nice. Jonathan and Michelle from the Front Desk were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

It was just what we needed for a long weekend ski trip of 4 days. The Winter Park ski shuttle picks you up right in front of the hotel by the road. It’s a little difficult to walk in the snow to the main road, so make friends with or find out the number to the local shuttle driver in the evenings who can get you to one of the couple of restaurants or a grocery store. Full kitchen was great. Fireplace was also nice. Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with plenty of living room space, dining table and full kitchen with a dishwasher! Also the 2 little balconies were cute - one from the main bedroom and another balcony connected to the living room. Front desk service was nice and polite. Make sure to get to the grocery store to grab a few things. You won’t be reasonably able to walk in the snow down the road past all the other hotels to get to some food without the local shuttle picking you up.

Silverado II was a great place to stay. Convenient to Winter Park ski slopes and downtown Winter Park. Free transportation is available to the surrounding areas. I am planning my next stay already.

Good solid condo for a Wnter Park stay with family. Convenient ski bus!

Loved having a partially stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, great location, nice hot tubs & the price was responsible!

The resort had the perfect location for our ski vacation. There is a shuttle that stops at the resort that can take you into town, Winter Park Ski Resort, Frasier or Granby. It is about 1 mile from location restaurants, grocery store, brewery and entertainment. They are short staffed so the front desk is not manned but that did not effect the customer service. We were able to always have our questions answered quickly. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 4 adults.

Jonathon the site manager did a great job of keeping in touch & trying to accomodate everyone. The condo that we thought was on the first level was actually on the 2nd level & had to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to it after taking the elevator to the 2nd floor.
