front desk rep did not know what he was doing with check in. overcharged the incidental charges on credit card. took a month to finally get cleared. caused anxiety and stress during my vacation trash was in bathroom at checkin. wall outlet was torn from wall. no coffee in room

The first room we received was dirty. The bed was not made and the bathroom still had the last occupants trash. The hallway next to the lobby flooded during the rain storm.

Changed the name never told us, said they had a room when we arrived at 11pm and the room they gave us was dirty name unmade.

That after I checked out and was home for a week they charged my card for no reason and still haven't refunded my money.
