Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chattanooga-Hixson by IHG

Property location Good. Each night we were there, the hotel seemed to be full. Compliments to management for excellent staff training, including room service staff. However they could not overcome a facility that has clearly seen its better days. The furniture in the dining area was well worn and stained. Carpets were stained despite them attempted to be cleaned while we were there. One of our rooms had a broken toilet seat. The other, the toilet paper holder was broken and just dangling. the Brand image of Holiday Inn Express takes a serious hit at this location. The only saving grace was the attentiveness of excellent people. From check in to check out, they made that part of the stay good. Holiday Inn Express should be embarrassed for this location.

Overall my stay was excellent just needed more parking spots

I had to clean the bathroom toilet before i used it as it had old dried urine on the seat.

Stayed 1 night. It was a great experience. Staff was great, room was clean, and the hotel was clean. Would stay again.

The rooms smelled, carpet was stained and looked bad. Bathroom tub not cleaned broken floor tiles toilet was stained and the back tank lid was broken.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to family.
