The lobby area and elevator were dirty and not in proper condition

Nice hotel. Construction going on next to us so a but annoying but not terrible.

The place is clean, staff are nice. The room is roomy as well as the bathroom. The breakfast selections are good and plenty. We will definitely be back here in the future.

This has been one of the worst Holiday Inns I have stayed in ever. I have had to clean the bed sheets, the floors are filthy, the shower floor is gross, dust build up on the vents and I couldn't even use the hot tub because it is so foggy and bugs and stuff were floating in it. I realize construction is going on and I appreciate the advanced look but I would rather have outdated counters that were clean. Attached are pictures from our stay minus the hot tub because I didn't have my phone. I didn't want to put a review out there because I don't believe this is the best practice of the hotel but no one answered my email, I just wanted someone to be aware. Thank you!

The TV did not work, the AC unit was extremely loud and the house cleaner walked into our room without knocking during the early morning. Work was being done in the hotel but a lot more could be done.

The staff at Check0in, Melinda, and the lady working the desk on Sunday night were both extremly helpful and knowllegeable. Thank you ladies for everything.

This hotel is on a noisy highway and our room faced that highway. The traffic was loud and we needed earplugs in order to sleep. The king sized bed was comfortable and we had a jacuzzi in the room, which was great. The hotel is a short walk to Starbucks so we had good coffee in the morning. Our room was clean. The hotel is being refurbished so once the work is finished it should be an improvement. The hotel needs thick, double glazed windows on the highway side cut down on the loud traffic noise. Overall, a decent stay.
