I would not recommend staying here until the construction next door is complete. The night I stayed here a pile driver started up at 4am right outside my window and continued for an hour, completely ruining my sleep.

The Hotel lobby is too small for so many rooms guests At peak hours there is hardly any place to sit to wait for Visitors. The external area and carpark has no maintainence with broken curbs and unswept driveway. Needs more landscaping.

Room and chgs : not bad, accetable breakfast : not good, lots of dishes, but taste is not good. This hotel is conected to Sofitel, so you should have breakfast to Sofitel.

Best deal for the price. Great location. I will repeat. No question about it.

The hotel is located in nice place with lot of facilities . The staffs and response with request is very good . If they know englihs well that is the best hotel i everstay thanks

Very few employees speak english here at all. Any negative aspect that I experienced otherwise was likely an isolated insodent. I would have to say that this was a great hotel, and if you want to use a pool, there was one next door in the Sofit hotel for 120Y. Good restaurant selection, and you also have access to the Sofit hotel restaurants as well (connected buildings), although those were considerably much more expensive.

This is probably one of the most comfortable hotels that I have stayed in and was of a very high standard for a 3 star hotel.

I already stayed in hotels between 2 and 5 stars, so I have my experiences about hotels, and I can only say that this hotel could get more stars than just three, I can't compare it with usual three stars hotels, it was more like a four star one, in some details even like five. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the chair and desk like in a five star hotel, and also the bathroom was very nice, although small, but with separated compartments for toilet and shower. The location is ok, if you like to walk a bit you can reach McDonald's by foot.

I stayed two nights. This hotel is very nice. Staffsat front desk speak English. Room is clean and comfortable.

I had booked this hotel through the website, and then called to let them know when I was arriving, because it was an evening arrival, and that I would need a shuttle. They advertise that they have a shuttle service. They told me that their shuttle would leave from a certain location at 7.20 pm. So I was pleasantly surprised when someone was standing at the arrival gate with my name on a sign. We went upstairs and went to a luxury car waiting at the kerb. Then the confusion began. The driver received a cellphone call from the hotel, and the person on the other end proceeded to tell me again where and when the shuttle would depart. I asked if this wasn't the shuttle service. After some back and forth it was established that yes this was the service. So I climbed into the car, and we waited. Even though I was the only passenger, the driver duly waited until 7.20 pm to depart! Oh, and be warned - the shuttle is provided free from the airport to the hotel. It is not free of charge from the hotel to the airport. That said, it was a comfortable ride and certainly better than the normal shuttle or taxi. The rest of the stay was pleasant. The staff were helpful, the room was good and clean, the bed was above average in comfort, and the breakfast buffet was also very good. The coffee was just OK, but at least it was brewed coffee and not merely instant coffee, which in my opinion is not really coffee. So I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a short time in Zhengzhou.
