Holiday Inn Express Norwich by IHG

Perfectly fine for a nights stay. Parking was good, check in was painless, the room was adequate, clean and I’ll be coming back and staying here again. It’s better than the premier inn close by. Felt safe with a phone in the room as a lone female traveler

Room was great, good size. Bathroom clean and bright. Very comfortable beds.

All Holiday Inn Express’s are similar ( not a bad thing) very good value very nice ( free) breakfasts T The one in Norwich is no exception Close to the centre, clean modern ( older but refurbed very well) and worth the money

No air! Was very in comfortable in this room without a bit of fresh air . There is a very high ‘air conditioning’ unit that doesn’t move and blows one way across the wall where the tv is and not the room. Very claustrophobic. Couldn’t breathe and was very hot.

Booked double bed rooms and paid extra but got twin singles

Great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms and restaurant. Evening meal good value for money. Breakfast was excellent and the staff on duty made sure the food was well presented and topped up. Tables were cleared well and quickly. All in all a good experience. Good staff, comfortable rooms and the food was good value.

While it is no frills, the property is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were superb. While breakfast was not extensive in choice, it was far better quality than I recently experienced in a four star hotel.
