"We enjoyed our stay, but would choose a hotel with a hot tub next time. It was a nice place."

We thought the breakfast closed at 11am, but apparently it closed at 10am. So, we had to go buy breakfast somewhere else forcing us to check out early. Perhaps post the hours better? Overall, the room was clean and comfortable with good amenities.

We wished the hotel had a hot tub. We really look forward to that after a long day. The shower had hand lotion instead of conditioner in it. The bathroom fan didn't work, and the heat/AC wasn't working right. We did report these items to the front desk. The room seemed dated in comparison to other Holiday Inn Express' that we've stayed at this past year.

The room had enough room and space.

We weren't able to use the 25 dollar credit per adult each day. They said it didn't include the restaurant, breakfast, or bar. They said it only included the snack area. If I would have known they wouldnt honor the voucher, I would have upgraded to include breakfast...the pool was not heated and was around 75 degrees. They never fixed it or really sent anyone to look at it
