We stayed at this hotel on June 11, 2026. We would like to give a sincere shout-out to Amber, the front desk clerk. She demonstrated sincere care and compassion for our challenging situation (having to leave our home for toxic paint fumes). She was so kind, to both myself and my husband, who has dementia. Also, she worked a double shift today (June 11, getting off at 11:00 pm t tonight). When we went down to the lobby this evening, she was just as energetic, friendly and caring as she was when she started her work day this morning. Amber is a true asset to Holiday Inn Express, and we hope she receives recognition for her exemplary professionalism and kindness.

"it was better once moved to a different room"

the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the rooms were clean. Love the Dove products in the bathrooms

We were placed on the first floor, the room above us were extremely loud. We had to get up early for a softball tournament for my child, at 1130pm you could hear them running and stomping throughout the room.
